Doug graduated from the University of Miami with a Master’s of Science in Physical Therapy in 1993. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of California at Davis in Physiology. He credits his opportunity volunteering with National Handicapped Sports in California and Florida with starting his interest in the field of physical therapy. Doug is a Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist by Maitland - Australia Physiotherapy Seminars and a Certified McKenzie Method Provider of Mechanical Diagnosis & Treatment by the McKenzie Institute USA. He utilizes these and multiple other manual therapy techniques in his practice. Doug is also a Certified Dry Needling Practitioner through MyoPain Institute allowing him to treat trigger points and other musculoskelatal problems. Having a father who was an orthopedic surgeon, Doug started his career in the acute care setting working inpatient physical therapy. Having worked in various settings he understands the challenges patients may experience in their rehabilitation.
Patty is a native, born and raised in the area. A graduate of Woodbridge Senior High School she ended up getting a degree from NVCC in physical therapy, after a small stint at JMU, learning she was not meant to be a teacher. She is a caring therapist with an extensive knowledge base related to treatment of orthopedic conditions, balance issues, and Parkinson’s. She has been a Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) since 2015, after completing the Academy of Lymphatic Studies course (a 9- day course requiring 42 hours of online leaning prior to attending). She has a passion for treating lymphedema clients and preventing lymphedema in breast cancer survivors. She returned to college in mid-life and has recently graduated from the University of Virginia with a Bachelor’s of Professional Studies in Health Science Management. On a personal note, she is slightly obsessed with Mount Vernon and George Washington. In her spare time she enjoys hiking and spending time with her family.

Brittney graduated with a Bachelor of Science from the University of South Carolina on 2014. She then received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy on 2018 from Marymount University, Arlington, VA. She has been exposed to a variety of patient population which include orthopedics, neurorehabilitation, & pediatrics. She has a special interest in orthopedic conditions and a passion for manual therapy as an adjunct treatment to therapeutic exercise. She also has an interest in pediatric orthopedic cases along with gross developmental delay and congenital torticollis.
Haleh has been with Montclair Physical Therapy since 2009. In addition to being instrumental in the growth and success of the clinic, she is also a small business owner in conjunction with her husband. As such, she understands the daily commitments of people's schedules.
A graduate of Old Dominion, Carla began developing her career with a degree in exercise science. Carla then commissioned with the United States Army earning her DPT from Baylor University via the Army Baylor Program. Carla has been stationed all over the US practicing physical therapy in both garrison and austere environments. Carla retired from the Army as a major having worked in in-patient settings such as Walter Reed Medical Center and Fort Sam Houston where she had the pleasure of assisting with both amputees and burn victims. With over ten years of experience, Carla is certified in pelvic floor therapy as well as dry needling and myofascial decompression (cupping). Carla has been recognized for her manual physical therapy skills (manipulation/mobilizations) and credits taking an active, hands-on approach to such. Carla is a compassionate provider and is always willing to think outside the box to assist patients. Carla believes in the importance of continuing education and mentorship of new clinicians and students alike to continue to serve the local community with the highest quality of care possible.
